"Stand Firm"
Hey everyone! The camp shirts are on their way. This is probably the best camp shirt that we have had yet. I want to give props to the co-creator, Nick Evans. He helped me big time with this one. I hope that camp is not only fun, but eternally rewarding!

LEADERSHIP SATURDAYS
Hello everybody! We are holding a 3 part leadership series, each to be held on a Saturday in the fall, the winter and the spring. The fall session is coming up soon on October 18th. We need a minimum of 10 people to RSVP. So please RSVP soon! Details below:

Here is a more detailed description of LEADERSHIP SATURDAYS:
This Leadership three-part leadership class is open to Soph./Jr./Sr. in high school and college aged young adults. There will be one class in the Fall of 2008, winter of 2009 and spring of 2009.
The Fall 2008 date is Saturday, October 18. The first part of the day, We will be focusing on how God made us. The second half of the day, we will focus on basic Theology that will be taught by speakers TBA.
The best part of this whole thing is that it is FREE! Lunch provided! So please RSVP either by phone or e-mail (we need at least 10 signed up for each class).

Hello Camp Assurance!
We have planned one final staff training for everyone who couldn’t make the first session. This is a more focused, more intense training. There’s no extra stuff, just the stuff we need to know to go into a week of ministry at Camp Assurance.
Here’s the info:
WHAT: Staff Training Part 2
WHEN: June 14, 2008 – 4pm
WHERE: Camp Assurance – Belden, NE
WHY: because we like you
WHO: people who haven’t attended staff training
HOW: you and the cap’n make it happen
If you are a teen camper (and are going to be staff later in the summer) this is perfect for you cause we are allowing you to stay at camp over night. We are even allowing you to come to church with us, AT NO EXTRA COST!
